What are cookies? How do I enable them?
In order to use the Invest Online site, you must have enabled cookies in your browser.
A "cookie" is a small piece of information sent by our web server to
your browser to store this information for Invest Online to later "remember"
some specific information.
A Cookie cannot be used to obtain data
from your hard drive or to steal sensitive information from you. The use of
Cookies allows Invest Online to confirm your identity and provide a
customized online experience.
If a button pops up on your screen asking if you wish to accept the cookie, please click yes as
this will enable you to continue using the Invest Online site.
You may change your browser options so that cookies are automatically enabled
which will prevent future pop-up messages.
To enable
Cookies in Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher:
- From the
browser's main menu bar, select View then Internet Options (or Tools then Internet
Options in IE 5.0)
- Select the
Advanced tab
- Scroll half
way down the options list to locate Cookies in the Security section
- Ensure that the Allow Cookies option is enabled.
To enable Cookies in Netscape 4.0 or higher:
- From the
browser¹s main menu bar, select Edit then Preferences
- Click on the
Advanced Category
- Under
Cookies, select the option to Accept all cookies
