AST SHAREHOLDER SERVICES

In a continuing effort to provide shareholders with up-to-date information and enhanced transactional capabilities, we have made the following online resources available to shareholders:

Account Access

Existing shareholders may log into their account using their social security number and American Stock Transfer & Transfer Company, LLC (AST) account number (included in all AST account mailings). Alternatively, shareholders may access all of their AST accounts at the same time using their social security number and shareholder-selected PIN. Once a shareholder has logged into an account, they may:

  • Access account balance and other general account information
  • Change the Mailing Address on the Account
  • Enroll to receive Company mailings via e-mail
  • Enroll to have your dividends deposited directly to your bank account
  • Enroll in a Dividend Reinvestment Program
  • View Outstanding uncashed checks
  • Replace a lost or stolen outstanding check
  • View a detailed listing of certificated holdings
  • Replace a lost or stolen certificate
  • Combine accounts with identical registrations
  • Retrieve a duplicate 1099-B or 1099-DIV statement
  • Access a detailed history of all sale, purchase and dividend reinvestment activity
  • Purchase additional shares in the Company
  • Request a certificate for dividend reinvestment shares held by AST
  • Sell dividend reinvestment shares held by AST

Vote your Proxy

Shareholders may elect to vote their proxy materials over the Internet by clicking "Vote your Proxy" on the left toolbar, or by accessing www.voteproxy.com. You will be prompted to enter the 11-digit control number included with your proxy materials. Please note that shareholders also have the option of returning the paper proxy card or voting telephonically using our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system (which system can be accessed by dialing 1-800-PROXIES or 1-800-776-9437).

Invest Online

AST is pleased to offer www.investpower.com, an affiliated website which allows you to purchase or sell registered shares via the more than fifty Direct Stock Purchase Plans currently available. Some of the advantages of purchasing shares at investpower.com include:

  • Fees significantly lower than those of most brokers.
  • Ability to purchase fractional shares allows you to select a dollar amount that you wish to invest rather than a specific number of shares.
  • No need to establish a separate InvestPower account. Funds may be deducted automatically from your existing bank account (either once or at monthly intervals) to purchase shares.
  • Unless you instruct otherwise, any dividends paid on your shares will automatically be applied to the purchase of new shares.
  • Online retrieval of account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
